A rather famous book that I have missed reading for some time, but always meant to. The themes in the book should be nothing new in a society today but the perspective that I enjoyed was the views of Scout (one of the main characters). I like the way that it was written, not complex and not too simple.
There were a few bits that I didn’t quite understand but that was probably because I was keen to finish the book.

I don’t think that I need to do a full blown review of a book such as this, but to point out that I recently found out that this was Harper Lee’s first and only book. Although she is rumoured to have another on the cards. But still an impressive feat to have your first book will a Pulitzer prize.
